Vision and Mission

Vision: To be established as a national statistical institution of international standard by providing reliable, relevant and timely data in a universally user-friendly manner. 

Mission: (1) To establish a coherent, professional, efficient and effective statistical system under the direction and leadership of the BBS; (2) To prepare and publish government statistics following international standards and best statistical practices in a transparent and timely manner to meet the ongoing and growing needs of data users at the national and international levels.
